Capability carried through every phase

01

Project objective

Deliver a rural-lifestyle subdivision in two stages, with house sites, access, consent, engineering, construction and title work coordinated through one practice.

02

Site or delivery challenge

Planning, geotechnical input, road design, construction coordination and cadastral completion needed to remain aligned across two stages.

03

Our role

Mangawhai Surveyors led scheme-plan preparation, identification of house sites, technical coordination, the consent application, engineering design, construction oversight, cadastral survey and title completion.

04

Planning and resource-consent process

We identified suitable house sites, liaised with geotechnical engineers, finalised the scheme, prepared the consent application and responded to section 92 requests through to consent completion.

05

Civil engineering and construction delivery

We completed the road-layout survey and engineering construction drawings, then provided construction-contract oversight, construction supervision and certification.

06

Cadastral survey, Council certification and titles

Following construction, we completed the Land Transfer survey and plans, coordinated Council certification and worked with the client’s solicitor through to the issue of new titles.

07

Outcome

A carefully planned rural-lifestyle subdivision delivered through two coordinated stages, with continuity of knowledge and responsibility from the initial concept to completed titles.
